Baked Spaghetti

This simple recipe is a crowd pleaser and so easy. You can even prepare in advance then pop it in the oven later for dinner. You can also make some meatballs and add to the dish for a true Italian feel. Add some garlic bread and a salad and dinner is served!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Windmill Acres ground beef

  • 8 oz. spaghetti noodles

  • 1 large jar of spaghetti sauce

  • 3 cups of cheddar cheese

  • 2 cups of mozzarella cheese

  • Parmesan cheese

  • 1 small jar sliced mushrooms (optional)

Directions

  1. Brown and drain the ground beef

  2. Cook and drain the spaghetti noodles

  3. Mix 1/2 of the sauce, all ground beef and noodles together and place in baking dish

  4. Layer 1/2 cheddar cheese, mozzarella and parmesan cheese

  5. Add the remaining 1/2 of sauce

  6. Top with remaining cheese

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
