Crock Pot Roast
This mouth watering, fork tender roast will be a crowd pleaser for your family. It’s perfect to put in your crock pot in the morning and come home to dinner done! Begin with a 3-4 lb. roast from Windmill Acres and have left overs for the week for amazing roast sandwiches.
Ingredients
Chuck roast
1 can of beef broth
Lipton onion soup mix
A-1 sauce
carrots
small red potatoes
sliced yellow onion
salt and pepper
Directions
Place your thawed roast in the crock pot
Salt and pepper your roast
Pour about 2 tablespoons of A1 over the roast
Mix the Lipton onion soup mix with 1 cup of water and pour over the roast
Add 1 can of beef broth
Add carrots, sliced onion and potatoes
Cover and cook for 8-10 hours
