Crock Pot Roast

This mouth watering, fork tender roast will be a crowd pleaser for your family. It’s perfect to put in your crock pot in the morning and come home to dinner done! Begin with a 3-4 lb. roast from Windmill Acres and have left overs for the week for amazing roast sandwiches.

 

Ingredients

  • Chuck roast

  • 1 can of beef broth

  • Lipton onion soup mix

  • A-1 sauce

  • carrots

  • small red potatoes

  • sliced yellow onion

  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Place your thawed roast in the crock pot

  2. Salt and pepper your roast

  3. Pour about 2 tablespoons of A1 over the roast

  4. Mix the Lipton onion soup mix with 1 cup of water and pour over the roast

  5. Add 1 can of beef broth

  6. Add carrots, sliced onion and potatoes

  7. Cover and cook for 8-10 hours
