We proudly raise Hereford cattle. Our cattle are raised on grass and finished on grain. This produces a highly desirable beef product with ideal marbling. Ideally marbled beef provides a highly tender and flavorful product that you will be proud to serve to your family. Our cattle receive no hormones or unnecessary antibiotics.
Pork

Dog Treats
Windmill Acres Bark Bites are made on site. Each of the 3 flavors are made with all natural, human safe ingredients such as Natural Peanut Butter, Oats, wheat flour, bananas, blueberries and eggs. Say I Won’t -the novel
While not a product raised in our pastures or kitchen, this non-fiction novel was written by Karen in 2019 following the tragic rodeo accident of her son, Wesley. Say I Won’t will move you through all the emotions. Your heart will race as you witness the accident, you may cry along the journey of healing, and you may even laugh as even in tragedy, moments of humor still emerge.
